Wuzzy — North Lombok food delivery

By using Wuzzy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

Wuzzy connects customers with local restaurants and independent delivery drivers in North Lombok, Indonesia. Wuzzy is the technology platform — restaurants prepare your food and drivers handle physical delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and provide a valid Indonesian phone number to register.

3. Orders, Payment, and Refunds

• All orders are paid by cash on delivery to the driver. We do not currently process card or e-wallet payments.
• Order totals shown in-app are computed by the backend at checkout and are binding.
• You can cancel an order while it is in pending restaurant status. Once the restaurant accepts, cancellation requires support intervention.
• If your order is wrong or undelivered, DM us on @wuzzyindonesia within 24 hours.

4. Driver Conduct

Drivers must comply with Indonesian traffic law and carry valid documents. Wuzzy may suspend drivers who violate these terms or accumulate complaints.

5. Restaurant Conduct

Restaurants are responsible for food safety, hygiene, and accurate menu information. Wuzzy may delist restaurants that breach these duties.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the app for fraud, abuse, harassment, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

8. Liability

Wuzzy provides the service "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, food allergies, or losses caused by third-party providers (restaurants, drivers, telecom, payment).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
